Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 10 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Products must include original packaging and all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please note: Final sale items, clearance products, custom-made goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a   different   size or color (where available).
  • To start an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and   request.

 

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  1. A refund will be processed to your original payment method
  2. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged item).
